Elizabeth Schoenheider

Elizabeth serves as an Associate in Transwestern’s Agency Leasing group in Chicago. In her role, Elizabeth assists with developing business opportunities by generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and managing and closing leasing transactions. She uses her extensive experience in leadership, marketing and trend analysis to evaluate the commercial real estate landscape and look for unique ways to position spaces.

Elizabeth joined Transwestern in 2023, quickly becoming an asset to the Agency Leasing team. Elizabeth is a member of the LevelUp Brokerage Foundations program, a two-year course designed to educate young professionals that are new to the commercial real estate industry, culminating in a final presentation.

Elizabeth graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. She is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
