TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Daye is a Senior Associate in Transwestern’s Chicago office, where she provides tenant representation and consulting services for a wide range of clients. She works closely with the brokerage team in all aspects of tenant representation and has experience in managing national portfolios for office and industrial clients, providing extensive market research and financial analyses for decision-makers as well as new business development. Daye brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen, youthful perspective to the team.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Daye joined Transwestern in 2019 and swiftly obtained her brokerage license while assisting the occupier solutions team in prominent transactions such as FBRK’s 45,457-square-foot lease for FBRK Impact House, a philanthropy center which serves and supports grant-makers, family foundations and impact investors.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Daye was a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Watermark Advisors. During her time there, Daye analyzed prospects, competition and growth opportunities which lead to increased market exposure, increased sales and several advantageous transactions for a variety of clients.

EDUCATION

Daye received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Chinese Studies from Furman University. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
