With 33 years' experience in the design, construction, commercial and residential real estate industry, Davor currently is a vice president in project management and development for the Midwest Region. His responsibilities include growing this service line to include build-to-suit projects, office and commercial renovations, workplace strategy, development opportunities, retail, as well as tenant improvement assignments.


Prior to joining Transwestern, Davor worked in private practice as a licensed architect, developer and general contractor for over fifteen years. His responsibilities included coordinating a large team of professionals and orchestrating these resources on the client's behalf to execute schedules, budgets and designs responsive to client goals. Previously, Davor was also a design director and project manager with Torchia Associates, Lieber Architects and Perkins & Will. Davor has worked on a number of projects as both the designer/planner and project manager and contributes the unique perspective of both disciplines. Davor works closely with clients to develop efficient building and renovation programs and is known for his strategic planning skills and ability to manage projects to bring them to a successful conclusion on time and on budget.

Over his career Davor has managed and designed various sized projects totaling over 5 million square feet. Projects include a comprehensive list of project types including corporate headquarters, law firms, financial institutions, institutional and technology offices / facilities.   Projects include high profile clients such as American Airlines, Pactiv, Tenneco Automotive and Pepsi Cola Bottling. The tenant improvement and building renovation projects include high profile buildings such as the Willis Tower, IBM Building and Aon Building.

Davor holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign
