David White is a project manager for the Construction Management Services division in the Mid-Atlantic region's Washington, D.C., office, where he oversees all aspects of tenant relocations, build-outs, landlord oversight work and capital improvement projects for a variety of clients.
David began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2012 and has focused exclusively on construction services in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a project manager in their Project and Development Services group, where he oversaw both tenant relocations and capital improvement projects. He began his career as a project manager for Bognet Construction, providing general contracting services for a variety of clients, including government contractors, places of worship, higher education institutions, law firms and corporate tenants.
David has worked on many notable projects, including Leidos' headquarters relocation, McLean Bible Church's Bethesda campus build-out, repositioning the iconic Market Square buildings on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C., Capital City Church's Kingstown build-out and multiple projects for Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.
David holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
