Dani specializes in Tenant Representation and Landlord Leasing.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Dani specializes in Tenant Representation for national as well as local clients. She assists with site selection and market strategy with such concepts as Zoe’s Kitchen, Menchie’s Yogurt, The Halal Guys, Scooter’s Coffee and Glo Sun Spa, as well as several others. She also works with multiple Landlords as a Leasing Agent for shopping centers and mixed-use developments throughout the Houston market. 
 
Prior to joining Transwestern’s retail services group in 2013, Dani worked in residential real estate with Greenwood King Properties. Her experience in representing both buyers and sellers in some of the city’s higher end markets provides her a unique point of view in delivering retail client services.

Dani received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University.
