TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As an Assistant Property Manager for 171,917 square feet of office space in Washington, D.C., Daniel Jones, assists in the preparation of yearly budgets and monthly investor reports, maintains detailed lease files, rent rolls, and financial statements, and acquires vendor proposals and drafts contracts as needed. He excels in building relationships with tenants and creating a positive, connected tenant community. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2016, Daniel served as a quality control analyst for Discover Card Services, where he utilized internal controls to determine gaps in business processes and provided recommendations to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

  • Public Relations Intern/Volunteer, 2014 – Maryland CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), an organization that provides specially trained volunteers to speak for the best interests of children under protection of the court

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and mass communication from Towson University.
