Daniel provides both tenant and landlord advisory services in New Jersey.


Daniel brings a multifaceted perspective to the team with 20 years of corporate real estate, operations and management experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Daniel served as an operating partner for DJL Partners providing strategic consulting and asset management services to healthcare organizations and investment groups, including Normandy Real Estate Partners where Daniel’s transactional leadership resulted in the successful recapitalization of a formerly distressed regional portfolio of medical office buildings. Prior to that, he served as chief operating officer for Edgell Communications, where he led the transformation of a traditional magazine publisher into a fully integrated media organization with diversified revenues and a re-engineered operating model. For his clients and team members at Transwestern, the diversity of Daniel’s experience and accomplishments translates into real estate solutions thoughtfully aligned with operating strategies and objectives.


Daniel is a Corporate Leadership Council board member of Cornerstone Family Services; serves on the Board of Morristown American Little League as vice president for Community Affairs; and is affiliated with Healthcare Delivery Innovation Alliance and Association for Corporate Growth. Daniel is also a former board member of the Max Cure Foundation for Pediatric Cancer Causes, for whom he developed the organization’s programmatic strategy and corporate partnership program, which raised approximately $2 million for research and family support services.


Daniel received his bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
