As a leasing research associate at Transwestern, Dalton Little provides financial analysis, lease structure and market research for office leasing and tenant advisory teams. He is also responsible for serving the leasing services needs of local and national clients, and content creation for marketing packages. Dalton joined Transwestern after an internship, and worked with Houston’s healthcare advisory services team before later transitioning to his role with the firm’s Dallas office.


Prior to joining Transwestern, Dalton gained valuable work experience and insight through participation in internship programs with several firms in other industries, including Summer Energy and Apex Steel Pipe & Piling in Houston, and Leigh Steinburg Sports & Entertainment in Newport Beach, CA. He also completed an independent study mentorship program at The Krist Law Firm in Houston. In the summers during his college years, Dalton worked with children in his role as a counselor at Camp Longhorn in Burnet, Texas, a place he had also enjoyed as a camper for 8 years.


Dalton is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) Young Guns, Transwestern Young Professionals and Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He has been an active participant in events to raise awareness and funds for the ALS Association.


Dalton received his bachelor’s degree in general business from the University of Mississippi, with a minor in psychology.
