Senior Associate Cricket Cleary provides both landlord and tenant representation services for institutional, corporate, and private organizations throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area, with a specialization in office leasing. She focuses on her clients’ complete real estate needs in order to help them develop and achieve their short- and long-term goals through the strategic analysis, negotiation and execution of real estate transactions.


Cricket joined Transwestern in 2015. Some of her clients include Principal Real Estate Investors, Carr Properties, ASB Real Estate Investments, Washington Property Company, Lerner Enterprises, Ronald D. Paul Companies, Equus Capital Partners and Sandy Spring Bank.
Previously, Cricket interned at Crown Castle International’s Portfolio Expansion Program in Houston, where she performed post-closing audits and prepared documents for a $350 million remortgage project. She also interned for Crown Castle International as a researcher in the Alternate Site Development department in Santa Barbara.  Additionally, she served as a marketing and events intern for the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce.

Cricket received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication at the University of California at Santa Barbara.
