Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Craig is responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of Transwestern's office and industrial portfolio in Orange County, San Diego and the Inland Empire, consisting of approximately 19 million square feet. Craig has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on lease negotiations, operating expense analysis and client relations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Craig was a senior leasing/property manager and assistant vice president at RREEF/Deutsche Bank in San Jose, CA. Responsible for the management and leasing of a 2.2 million-square-foot office and mixed use industrial portfolio, Craig oversaw all operating and capital budgets, lease negotiations and client reporting. He also managed a team of project managers, accountants and property assistants.
 
Craig previously served as an associate at Lee & Associates, where he specialized in the leasing and sale of industrial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities in the Central Los Angeles Market. While at the firm, Craig was named as one of the Top 5 Associate Producers from 2002 to 2004.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Craig is an associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and CCIM.

EDUCATION

Craig received his bachelor's degree in liberal arts, with a minor in business, from Humboldt State University and is currently pursuing CCIM and CPM certifications. He is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
