Courtney is currently the assistant property manager at the Johns Hopkins at Keswick Campus; a 500,000 square foot Class A Office Campus in Baltimore, Maryland. Courtney is responsible for many aspects of the operations and engineering for the campus – overseeing day-to-day requests from tenants, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement services, tenant correspondence along with knowledge of each tenant and their space. Her responsibilities also include preparing and managing the property budgets, controlling building expenses, coordinating with vendors, reporting monthly financials, and reviewing all safety and security reports.
Courtney conducts weekly property inspections of the entire campus comprised of the North Building, South Building and Parking Garages. She interacts with several vendors including but not limited to Janitorial, Security and Grounds Maintenance on a daily basis. She also attends annual budget reviews and meets with the Owners on a monthly basis. She works closely with the Johns Hopkins Office of Sustainability to implement sustainable practices throughout the Campus and is thoroughly involved with the project management aspect of the property as well, helping to keep each project on task.


Courtney has been active in commercial real estate since joining Transwestern in 2015.  In 2017, Courtney was selected by Johns Hopkins University to lead the ownership and management transition of the old Stieff Silver Factory - an 85,000 square foot office and research facility listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Courtney worked diligently to provide the client and tenants with an extraordinary experience by making the complex transition seamless from its early stages until the time the project was fully assimilated. She has been fully engaged in the staffing transition, budgeting process, new procedures design and implementation, equipment operation and maintenance training, and safety and security awareness review. Today, Courtney has taken on the role of Property Manager at the Stieff Silver Building while continuing to assist with the Johns Hopkins at Keswick Campus.


Courtney is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Baltimore (BOMA) and the Transwestern Young Professionals Group (TYP).


Courtney attended Towson University and the University of Maryland University College. She is currently working toward her RPA and FMA designations through BOMI. She has completed the OSHA 10-hour course for general industry.
