Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Cori serves as financial analyst for the Capital Markets Group, assisting with the execution of institutional real estate dispositions through detailed financial underwriting, cash flow projections, debt and equity structuring, and the preparation of investment offering memorandums. In this capacity, she is able to optimize value by utilizing proprietary pricing models and coordinating project due diligence to facilitate transactions at favorable terms for clients. She also researches current asset and capital market conditions and monitors the buying, selling and lending activity of the Mountain Region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Cori joined Transwestern in 2014 as a financial analyst after working as a medical leasing intern for the company. Prior to joining Transwestern, Cori worked as a financial/market analyst intern for HREC Investment Advisors, a hospitality real estate firm. Cori was responsible for analyzing financial statements and creating operating proformas for proposals, as well as developing BOV’s and IOM’s. She also has experience in conducting market research on economic, demographic, and real estate market data. 

EDUCATION

Cori holds a bachelor of science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Ethics and Legal Studies from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. She also received her M.B.A in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
