TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Connor is a Senior Associate in Transwestern’s Phoenix office, specializing in Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions. His expertise in space utilization and planning has enabled him to find his clients their ideal office space, with consideration to space optimization, collaboration and future growth. Connor understands that real estate is not only an important part of an organization’s bottom line but is also critical to the foundation of its culture, productivity and business strategy.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since joining Transwestern in 2018, Connor has worked with various clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Optimyl Benefits, Palmeira Home Health, United Tax Processing, Western State Bank and Wise Power Solutions. He has also completed projects outside the region, cultivating trusted relationships with clients and colleagues nationwide.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Connor was a logistics specialist at Werner Enterprises. He quickly rose within the company, being recognized as an emerging salesman for two consecutive years on his way to becoming a top 5% logistics broker. He transitioned into commercial real estate to have a more direct impact on his clients’ business success.

EDUCATION

Connor earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona with a double major in kinesiology and sociology. He also holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license.
