Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Connie is a portfolio manager for Transwestern’s Northeast Region overseeing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio consisting of over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in New Jersey and New York.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Connie joined Transwestern in 2012 and works with institutional and private investor clients directly managing industrial and office properties.  She has been active in commercial property management for more than 25 years.  Prior to joining Transwestern, Connie spent over seven years managing business parks for First Industrial Realty Trust, one of the nation’s largest providers of industrial real estate.  In her role as Property Manager, Connie was a recipient of the Building Owners Management Association’s TOBY Award for the best managed building in the industrial category.
 
Before that, as a Property Manager, Connie was developing her property management career overseeing office and retail properties with nationally recognized real estate companies such as Trammell Crow Company and Jones Lang LaSalle.

EDUCATION

Connie graduated from The Berkeley Business School. She received an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and holds a New Jersey real estate license.
