Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A seasoned veteran in the Human Resource field, Colleen is responsible for overseeing the Transwestern companies’ human resources and payroll service functions for its more than 2,100 team members nationwide.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Colleen joined Transwestern with more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resource arena, most of which has been in service-oriented industries.  Prior to joining Transwestern, Colleen served as Vice President of Human Resources corporate operations for Equity Residential Properties Trust, where she handled compensation, benefits and performance management functions. 
 
Colleen proudly serves Transwestern’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program both at the Steering Committee level and through leadership on both the Training and Belonging committees.
