TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Claudia is responsible for the operation, physical condition and financial performance a Class A + property in the prestigous Urban Center of Las Colinas, TX. Over the last five years, she has overseen several major capital improvement  projects including installation of an energy management system (EMS) installation, parking garage LED retrofit, deli renovation, new cooling tower and LEED Certification. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Claudia has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and holds a CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Prior to joining Transwestern in late 2009, Claudia was employed by RREEF Management Company for 6+ years. As a multi-site property manager, Claudia was responsible for lease negotiations as well as the day-to-day operations for her office portfolio. During her tenure with RREEF, Claudia managed prestigious projects such as Galleria North Tower II, Millennium I, and 5950 Sherry Lane.

Claudia received her bachelor of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
