Cindy Price

In her role, Cindy provides full-service lease administration services including full financial services to client Memorial Hermann Health Services. This includes rent, CAM and utility payments based on monthly charges, desktop audits of OPEX reconciliations, lease abstractions into client’s lease administration system and miscellaneous support to the accounting group. She also organizes landlord and client interaction as needed for follow-up and coordination of new vendors, along with multiple other interactions with accounting teams.

Cindy has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry including global portfolio lease administration and healthcare. Her background also includes medical property management.

 

Prior to rejoining Transwestern, Cindy worked for JLL for five years and was an onboard specialist for new clients where she set-up lease administration services including: new system set-up based on their specifications, coordinating all abstraction work into the new system and creating a process flow. 

Cindy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in business.
