Cindy LaBure

Cindy is the Industrial team leader for Houston and is responsible for managing Class A Industrial distribution parks in the Greater Houston area. Her current direct assignment consists of serving an eight property Industrial portfolio for three clients, comprising 7.1 million square feet. 

Cindy joined Transwestern in September of 2007 where she first handled the Behringer Harvard Portfolio consisting of three office buildings with a total of 580,000 square feet. Prior to joining Transwestern, Cindy worked for a real estate company specializing in retail where she assisted the brokers, leasing agents and property managers.

Her clients have included Clarion, Behringer Harvard, AEW Capital Management and Invesco, and her experience includes a focus on Class A distribution Industrial assets for institutional clients. Cindy is well accomplished in all aspects of management, including lease administration, capital and tenant improvement construction, client compliance, financial reporting and strong tenant relations. 

Previously, she served as an Assistant Property Manager for the University of Houston Technology Bridge located adjacent to the main campus. UHTB consists of 692,000 SF of mixed-use office-industrial space on 74 acres of land. UHTB has been developed for a full range of academic programs focusing on energy and technology research, scholastic/administrative offices and commercial enterprises developed from UH research technologies.

Cindy is proficient in all areas of property management, including full financial responsibilities, tenant relations, reporting, capital project management, and is experienced in MRI, Yardi and Kardin.

Cindy has her CPM designation and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. She received the Transwestern Houston Manager of the Year award in 2017, Team of the Year award in 2019 and Legendary Service award in 2024.
