TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chris O'Neill is a project manager for Transwestern's Construction Management Services in Washington, D.C. He oversees all aspects of tenant relocations, build-outs, landlord oversight work and capital improvement projects for a variety of clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, Chris served as the vice president of development at RWN Development Group, where he focused on historic adaptive reuse projects in the Baltimore area. His projects included multifamily, hospitality and office.
