TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chris Loiacono is an assistant property manager for 270,000 square feet of office space in the Mid-Atlantic region. His responsibilities include handling all accounts payable, preparing service agreements, reviewing and preparing tenant statements, reviewing and preparing quarterly investment reports, and all tenant and vendor file compliance.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern in 2016, Chris served as a marketing intern at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, where he managed social media accounts, promoted events and managed event timelines to meet key milestones.  He also previously served as an interim marketing and international relations associate for Sandler Capital Management in New York City, where he updated fund performance characteristics, prepared and distributed weekly, monthly, and quarterly investor reports, and maintained investor correspondence records and investor database updates.

Chris holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Towson University. He is working toward LEED Green Associate and Real Property Administrator designations.
