Christopher Dubberly serves as director in Transwestern’s South Florida office. He specializes in landlord leasing agency services and as a tenant representative in lease transactions for owners and users of commercial real estate.


Christopher has specialized in agency leasing for over seven years. He is directly involved with Transwestern’s agency leasing services group in South Florida’s Miami office and has extensive experience providing brokerage services to institutional and private office building owners. He is responsible for the strategic marketing and leasing of office building assets based on the objective to maximize total return for his clients. Chris current agency leasing assignment is Miami Tower – 619,093 SF Class-A office building. Previous, noteworthy agency leasing assignments include Union Square (Washington, D.C.) – 609,540 SF Class-A office building, Capital Gateway (Maryland) – 586,988 SF Class-A office building, Prosperity Metro Plaza (Virginia) – 325,328 SF Class-A office building.
Christopher began his career with Transwestern in the Mid-Atlantic where he served as a Vice President of Leasing in Washington, D.C. and preceded this role as the Research Director for Delta Associates, an affiliate of Transwestern. Deep analytical experience originates from his ability to provide consultative services, such as due diligence and feasibility studies, developing market forecasts, and authoring nationally distributed reports. His transactional experience comes from working with top landlords and tenants such as First Potomac Realty Corporation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, TIAA¬CREF, the National Institute of Health, the Eisenhower Memorial Commission, International Downtown Association, Hillman Environmental Consulting, Walker & Dunlop, and Luxottica.
His considerable experience with the procurement process of public agencies and governments gives him a thorough understanding of what organizations look for from both a physical and transactional standpoint. Christopher transfers his understanding of this detailed procurement process to his tenant clients by bringing unique structure and procedure to the lease transaction.


Christopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Mercer University and obtained a Master’s Degree in economics from George Mason University.  He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida.
