Chance serves as senior development associate and is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, project management, financial and market analysis, site selection feasibility, due diligence and research.
Recent responsibilities include the BHP Billiton Tower, a 600,000-sq ft high-rise office development in the Galleria; Westgate, a 660,000-sq ft office complex in the Energy Corridor; and 3120 Buffalo Speedway, a mixed-use development consisting of office, residential, retail and hotel.
Before joining Transwestern, Chance served as a Process Engineer and Business Analyst for Mario Sinacola Energy Services, a startup oil & gas services company. He then further developed his skill set as an entrepreneur, leading the for-profit efforts for a startup outdoor leadership program.
