TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chance serves as a Partner for Transwestern Development Company and is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, project management, financial and market analysis, site selection feasibility, due diligence and research.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Throughout his career, Chance has participated in the development of 3.8 million rentable square feet of office, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use properties, with more than $1.4 billion in aggregate cost. Recent and current endeavors include the 600,000-square-foot, 30-story BHP Billiton Tower; TMC3, a life science campus development consisting of wet and dry labs, office, retail, hotel and residential space; 4100 Hillsboro, a 22-story, mixed-use high-rise consisting of 265 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space; and 3120 Buffalo Speedway, a mixed-use development consisting of office, residential, retail and hotel space.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Chance served as an Engineer for an oil and gas services company. He then further developed his skill set as an entrepreneur, leading the for-profit efforts for an outdoor leadership program.

EDUCATION

Chance holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering with a minor in business foundations from the University of Texas at Austin.
