Chance serves as development associate and is responsible for project management, financial and market analysis, site selection feasibility, due diligence, and research.
Recent responsibilities include the BHP Billiton Tower, a 600,000-sq ft high-rise office development in the Galleria; Westgate, a 660,000-sq ft office complex in the Energy Corridor; Westway Plaza, a 315,000-sq ft suburban office development in Houston; and Friedkin Companies’ Lexus – Houston dealerships.
Before joining Transwestern, Chance served as a Process Engineer and Business Analyst for Mario Sinacola Energy Services, a startup oil & gas services company. He then further developed his skill set as an entrepreneur, leading the for-profit efforts for a startup outdoor leadership program.
