Chace Henke is a vice president within the Transwestern Retail Services Group. Chace's specialties include investment sales, project leasing and tenant representation. She is actively engaged in the stabilization and disposition of retail assets and further assists the group by developing and producing market research as well as financial modeling. Her leasing responsibilities include landlord representation for an array of mixed-use developments including CityPlace Springwoods Village, West Ave at River Oaks and Generation Park as well site selection for various retail clients throughout the Houston MSA.


Chace has aided in the sale of over $185 million in investment real estate transactions. She specializes in the representation of retail owners in the disposition of their income-producing assets with an emphasis on multi-tenant retail and office. Her experience in retail leasing includes providing leasing expertise to developers and institutional owners of retail centers along with analyzing and recommending optimal site locations for tenants expanding in the Houston area including Mercantil Commercebank and Glo Sun Spa, as well as a number of local retail concepts looking to grow their Houston footprint. Prior to joining Transwestern, Chace was a member of the Page Partners retail brokerage team. In her time at Page Partners, she aided in facilitating dispositions of distressed and REO assets for the nation's largest special servicers.


Chace is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, a member of ICSC and a committee member of the ICSC Houston chapter.


Chace received her BBA in finance with a concentration in real estate from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
