Cece is an executive vice president of Transwestern’s occupier solutions group in Chicago. Cece plays a key role in Transwestern Chicago’s business strategy and transaction services for national account clients and local Chicago firms. Cece has an extensive background working with clients on multi-market portfolios to develop and implement real estate strategy.


With more than 25 years of real estate and finance experience, Cece came to Transwestern from Dotspot, inc., a subsidiary company of Divine Interventures, where as executive vice president, she ran operations and marketing for Dotspot’s coworking/accelerator facilities. Marketing and managing technologically smart real estate for enterprising companies and corporate spin-off clients, Cece developed three successful facilities for a combined total of 120,000 square feet within 12 months.
Previously, she was executive vice president and team leader for Jones Lang LaSalle, where, in her final year, she completed over 30 transactions and generated the highest per person revenue in her specialty. In nine years, Cece moved from associate to executive vice president, winning awards in leasing, management and top performance.

Cece received a bachelor’s in history from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
