TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Caulley specializes in the sale and leasing of office, flex, and industrial properties in the Northern Virginia market with representation of both tenants/landlords and buyers/sellers. He also serves as a member of Transwestern's Board of Directors.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Caulley has 31 years of real estate experience and has leased and sold in excess of 26 million square feet throughout Northern Virginia. Additionally, he has executed more than 2,700 transactions aggregating more than $4.2 billion. He has represented many notable institutional owners, including Barings, Northwestern Mutual, Principal Life, Invesco, American Realty Advisors, ING Clarion, RREEF, COPT, Stockbridge Capital, Washington REIT, First Potomac Realty Trust, TA Associates, Opus, T. Rowe Price, LaSalle Asset Advisors, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance, Equitable Life Assurance Society of America, the State Teacher's Retirement System of Ohio, Cornerstone, B.F. Saul and Archon Group.

EDUCATION

A graduate of Washington and Lee University, Caulley earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1986. In 1996, he received his MBA from Georgetown University.
