TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Caulley specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial, flex and office properties in the Northern Virginia market with representation of both landlords/tenants and buyers/sellers. He also serves as a member of Transwestern's Board of Directors.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Caulley has over 30 years of real estate experience at Transwestern and has leased and sold in excess of 29 million-square-feet throughout Northern Virginia. Additionally, he has executed more than 3,350 transactions aggregating more than $5.8 billion. He has represented many notable institutional owners, including Barings, Northwestern Mutual, Principal Life, Invesco, American Realty Advisors, ING Clarion, RREEF, COPT, Stockbridge Capital, Washington REIT, TA Associates, Opus, T. Rowe Price, LaSalle Asset Advisors, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance, Equitable Life Assurance Society of America, the State Teacher's Retirement System of Ohio, Cornerstone, B.F. Saul and Archon Group.

EDUCATION

A graduate of Washington and Lee University, Caulley earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1986. In 1996, he received his MBA from Georgetown University.
