TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Caulley specializes in the sale and leasing of office, flex, and industrial properties in the Northern Virginia market with representation of both tenants/landlords and buyers/sellers.  He also serves as a member of Transwestern's Board of Directors.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Caulley has 26 years of real estate experience and has leased and sold in excess of 21 million square feet throughout Northern Virginia.  Additionally, he has executed more than 2,200 transactions aggregating more than $3.1 billion.  He has represented many notable institutional owners, including Northwestern Mutual, Principal Life, Invesco, ING Clarion, RREEF, COPT, Opus, Washington Realty Investment Trust, First Potomac Realty Trust, TA Associates, T. Rowe Price, LaSalle Asset Advisors, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance, TrizecHahn, Equitable Life Assurance Society of America, the State Teacher's Retirement System of Ohio, Cornerstone, B.F. Saul and Archon Group.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

In 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2005, Caulley was Transwestern's National Top Producer of the Year in leasing, and in 2009, he was Transwestern's #1Producer Nationwide. Caulley is a lifetime member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors Multimillion Dollar Leasing Organization, and was recognized as one of the Top 10 Producers for Northern Virginia in 1995, 11998 through 2002 and was ranked #1 in Virginia in total production in 2003 and 2006.
 
At Transwestern he was the 2001 recipient of the Brendan McCarthy Award which recognizes an individual who unselfishly cares about his/her peers and goes out of his/her way to help others. In 2008 he won Transwestern's Pete Wysocki Community Service Award.

EDUCATION

A graduate of Washington and Lee University, Caulley earned his BA in 1986. In 1996, he received his M.B.A from Georgetown University.
