TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Carrie manages office, retail, and industrial properties in the Greater Denver area, ensuring satisfaction for the tenants and others involved in maintaining building operations. She is involved in all aspects of property management, including maintenance operations, monthly reporting, financial management, tenant relations, project management, resolution of legal issues, budgets, reconciliation of operating expenses and transitioning new and receivership properties into the Transwestern portfolio.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Carrie has more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management and has managed more than 1 million square feet of high-rise and low-rise Class A buildings. Major clients have included federal government buildings, Clarion Properties, KBS Realty Advisors, TA Realty and Broadreach Capital Partners.
 
She has managed teams of property managers, assistant managers, and building engineers throughout her career. From her previous company, Grub and Ellis Management Services, Carrie successfully brought over the Clarion portfolio to Transwestern. Additionally, she was the primary force behind the closing of two large properties in her time with Transwestern and their transition to new buyers. Carrie was involved in all aspects of the sale.
