Carolyn provides leasing advisory services for tenants and landlords in New York City. She also assists with all areas of research and resource support.


Carolyn began her career in commercial real estate with Transwestern in 2015. Prior to her role, she worked in the finance sector as an investments intern for Gramercy Property Trust Inc. During this time she honed her research and technical writing skills providing summaries on second and third party environmental and structural reports. Carolyn leverages her ability to thrive under pressure having worked as the Northeast finance intern for Mitt Romney where she generated and tracked campaign donations. Prior to the Romney campaign, she served as a finance intern for AMOUR Residential REIT where she preformed cash management, forecasting and analytics for a $16 billion mortgage portfolio.


Carolyn received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Trinity College where she served as captain of the varsity tennis team.
