Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Caroline Worth is responsible for managing and overseeing all day-to-day operations, customer service and tenant relations for Shadowood, a three-building office complex located in Northwest Atlanta, and Johns Creek Corporate Campus, located north of the city.  She also manages a 400,800 square foot industrial investment on behalf of AEW. 
 
Caroline is responsible for creating all budgets and monthly and quarterly reports, organizing tenant events and improving tenant relations, ensuring low outstanding receivables, contracting with vendors, performing lease administration and overseeing small tenant improvement projects for the property.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Caroline joined Transwestern from The Simpson Organization where she managed approximately 745,000 square feet of office space.  Prior to that, she worked with PM Realty Group as a property manager overseeing the management activities of approximately 266,000 square feet.  Her experience is broad, as she has assisted portfolio managers with reporting and training of new company standards and operation procedures.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Caroline is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She holds her real estate salesperson license for the State of Georgia.

EDUCATION

Caroline graduated from Valdosta Technical Institute with an associate's in market management.
