Caitlin joined the Transwestern team in April 2020. As a construction Project Manager, Caitlin leads tenant and capital improvement projects throughout the Bay Area. From site constructability review through construction and on to move management, Caitlin approaches projects with a mind for detail, a client-focused attitude, and skills in problem solving and team management.
Caitlin offers a multi-faceted skill set to each client, which allows her to customize her project management style to fit the needs of each project she undertakes. Whether joining the client at a furniture warehouse to assess finish options or managing subcontractors through the complexities of an occupied space construction project, she is able to tackle all construction elements with the client’s goals as her own.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Caitlin was at officemorph, where she worked with a range of clients and project types, from tech to non-profit and high-end legal firms. Select tenant improvement projects include 220,000 RSF for Hitachi Vantara in Santa Clara, CA, 30,000 RSF for Easterseals in Dublin, CA and 25,000 RSF for Lending Home in San Francisco. She also worked on Core and Shell projects at buildings across the Bay Area, including Salesforce Tower, California Pacific Medical Center and Rincon Tower Two.
Prior to entering the tenant improvement sphere in 2016, Caitlin was a Project Manager for materials testing and special inspections at CEL. Managing upwards of 200 inspectors on billion-dollar projects, Caitlin’s background leads to a thorough understanding of permitting requirements, construction schedules and phasing needs, as well as structural construction. Her roster includes projects such as CPMC Cathedral Hill Hospital and Salesforce Tower. Prior to working her way to Project Manager, Caitlin was on site performing concrete sampling inspections and getting hand on experience in the field.
