As on-site Property Manager, Brian focuses on managing the daily operations of Class A commercial office space, which includes overseeing all strategic capital planning, budgeting, expense control, variance analysis, staff, energy procurement, construction and building improvements. He also works to secure bids and negotiates all contracts including HVAC, janitorial, landscaping and fire/life safety. Additionally, he supervises all vendor services and completes monthly reporting to ownership.


Brian has nine years of managing operations experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Transwestern, Brian served as property manager for RXR Realty. He was responsible for managing three Class A facilities in a 310-acre corporate campus. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager for Wilkin Management Group, managing day to day operations of six condominium associations covering 600+ condominiums. Brian also spent several years at Vornado Realty Trust assisting in day to day operations of a 57 floor, 2.6 million square foot building that included ancillary retail and restaurants atop Penn Station.
