Brian manages the GIS and retail research resources for Transwestern's brokerage and consulting operations. GIS (Geographic Information Systems) provides the Transwestern team with a method to synthesize and analyze data in a concise and meaningful way. Brian uses the latest technologies and methodologies to provide Transwestern's professionals and clients the clearest and most extensive research possible. Brian has also been a leader in report production with numerous research reports and thought pieces distributed nationally and has been interview by many national publications and programs.


Since joining Transwestern in 2012, Brian launched a new research platform that provides geographic information systems (GIS) and demographic products to Transwestern professionals across the country. He brings extensive expertise in retail and real estate site selection and has worked with JP Morgan Chase, CVS, Harbor Freight Tools, McDonald's, Alamo Drafthouse, Mechanic's Bank, UCSF, and Children's Hospital Oakland among others. 
Brian has also played a national role in the application of geographic information systems in the commercial real estate industry in past positions with Grubb & Ellis and Colliers International.
