TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brian is a maintenance mechanic for the National Housing Center, a 231,433-square-foot office building in Washington, DC. He works with the property managers and engineering team to maintain mechanical systems and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Brian joined Transwestern in 2012 as part of the engineering staff at The National Housing Center. His duties include plumbing, electrical, and HVAC in addition to performing scheduled preventative maintenance on the building’s equipment and assisting with general tenant needs.
 
Brian started his career in the commercial plumbing industry. After working a rehab of the old Washington Hotel, now called The W Hotel, he joined the engineering staff once it opened in 2008.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

In 2016, Brian won Transwestern’s “Rising Star” award for his hard work and efforts at the National Housing Center.
