Branon Pesnell is a vice president with the tenant advisory services group which provides strategic commercial real estate services to local and national companies, including clients from the oil and gas, engineering, finance, legal and medical industries.
Branon has over 17 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional. He began his career in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he quickly became the local market expert for Class A and Class B office space. His diverse knowledge in business management and ownership has allowed him to assist numerous local and national business with their office needs. Branon has extensive experience in lease administration and portfolio management. From 2014 through 2017, Branon was the lead real estate consultant and lease portfolio manager for the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System/Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, which consisted of over 1.7 million square feet of medical and administrative office space. Branon specializes in providing long-term strategic consulting for commercial real estate and has experience working with clients in various industries..
Branon has brokered over 8 million square feet of space since 2001 and has consistently been a top producer averaging over $23 million in transactional volume annually. He holds prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations, both of which he earned in his first four years of business.

Branon is active in SIOR through his local chapter, and has chaired the chapter’s scholarship committee, which provides financial scholarships to students with real estate and finance majors. Additionally, Branon volunteers through several annual events to assist the Our Lady of the Lake Foundation in its efforts to construct a free-standing Children’s Hospital.
Branon has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
