TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brad directs capital market activities throughout Transwestern's Mountain Region. In partnership with Larry Thiel, the team's primary focus is originating, structuring and executing commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate, and private owners of commercial real estate.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Brad joined Transwestern in 2002 and has been instrumental in the firm's growth. He launched Transwestern' s Mountain Investment Services Group in 2002 and has experience working with clients such as: Lone Star/Hudson Advisors, State Farm, Oaktree Capital, Prudential, Barings (formerly Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors). Alberta Development Partners, Bancroft Capital, Starwood Capital, LNR Partners, CW Capital, Koll Development Group, and ScanlanKemperBard Companies.
 
With the addition of his partner Larry Thiel in 2010, the team has been consistently ranked among the top five percent of Transwestern producers nationwide. In 2013, Brad and Larry completed the largest office sale leaseback transaction (6.2 million square feet) that had occurred in the U.S. since 2011. A 12-year industry veteran with a proven track record of success, Brad has completed 14 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.7 billion.
