Bob brings over 25 years of experience in providing disposition strategies, market and site analysis, leasing strategies and demographics needed to help clients make informed real estate decisions. He marketed space in realigned Air Force base (Brooks City Base) purchased by the City of San Antonio, where he sold 63 acres to Walmart for a major retail development and leased up excess office buildings. He has been involved in transactions totaling more than $150 million for clients including H-E-B, Capital One, Dahill/Xerox, Hixon Development, Halo Distributing, Shook Mobil Tech, Wal-Mart, Compass Bank, RBD Development, Santikos Development, Ingersoll-Rand, National Board of Teaching Professionals, Hudson Advisors , Stillwater National Bank, Hussman Corporation to list a few.
Bob was the lead listing broker responsible for leasing Brooks City-Base's excess real estate assets comprising of 1,308 acres of land and 2.2 million square feet of industrial and office buildings primarily occupied by the United States Air Force. Bob has worked on properties with special problems, such as bank foreclosures, environmental, multi-heir estates, and bankruptcies, court seizures, REO and OREO. As a community service project, he worked on a special panel to select a site for a medical treatment center for the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
