Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Bob joined Transwestern in 2004. He co-directs the property management and engineering of Transwestern's Midwest portfolio. Current clients include Bentall Kennedy, American Realty Advisors, and State Farm.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Bob was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing property management and operations of 10 million square feet of office buildings and facilities in Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis and Detroit. He handled all management issues for clients including MetLife, Prudential, Wells, and TIAA.
 
Bob has over 30 years of experience in commercial property management. His background includes serving as general manager of the Richard J. Daley Center, 300 S. Riverside, and Prudential Plaza, high-rise buildings each of over 1 million square feet and located in downtown Chicago.
 
At Prudential Plaza, Bob represented management as part of the development team that completed a $50 million dollar renovation of One Prudential Plaza and construction of the 1,000,000-square-foot Two Prudential Plaza.  As general manager of the Daley Center, he was instrumental in the building's transition to private sector management. In this role, he planned and implemented over 20 million dollars of capital improvements, including energy, air quality, ADA, Life Safety, and Structural improvements.

Bob received his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
