Bill has also served on a number of advisory boards, including the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP, the Minnesota Association of Commercial Realtors (MNCAR), and the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange. He currently serves on the board of Partnership Resources, an organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities.
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2019, Bill worked for Colliers International (formerly NAI Welsh) for 16 years as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Brokerage. Under his leadership, the company was consistently recognized among the top two brokerage firms in the Twin Cities by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
In 1990 Bill joined Minneapolis-based United Properties. At United Properties, Bill was Vice President in the brokerage division and was personally involved with more than 500 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet. After leaving United Properties, Bill served as Vice President at Frauenshuh Companies, Bill was responsible for all of the company’s suburban industrial and office leasing, and also provided assistance in land acquisition and development projects.
