TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Ben Lincoln is an assistant property manager for a 930,000 square-foot office portfolio assistant property manager in Northern Virginia. He focuses on enhancing financial performance and operating efficiency by leveraging all aspects of the property management team. He assists in the preparation of yearly budgets and prepares monthly investor reports and maintains detailed lease files, rent rolls, and financial statements. Ben also acquires vendor proposals and drafts necessary contracts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Ben was a research associate at CoStar Group. In this role, he managed commercial real estate listings and deals for the Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky, markets and contributed to the creation of quarterly market reports. He was also part of the company's Pipeline Project, where he discovered over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate under construction.

Ben earned a bachelor's degree in business and enterprise management from Wake Forest University.
