TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Ben Coffee specializes in all aspects of commercial retail representation for Transwestern’s Retail Services Group in Dallas, including dispositions of raw land and improved properties, site selection and investment sales. His role includes marketing, acquisition and disposition services for local, regional and national retail clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ben joined Transwestern from Randall Simpson Real Estate, where he served as a commercial agent, evaluating and researching properties for prospective buyers and sellers of commercial properties. He prepared, managed and presented proposals, agreements and contracts, and created marketing materials to highlight property listings.
 
The foundation for Ben’s career in commercial real estate was built upon his 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry, first as an independent landman for Carla Petroleum Inc., and later as Senior Land Systems Administrator for Covey Park Energy.
