Ashley Copeland is a property manager in Transwestern’s Denver office, where she is responsible for managing and overseeing all day-to-day operations, customer service and tenant relations for One DTC, Crescent VI, and Cherry Creek Place III.


Ashley has over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in both office and retail. Her notable clients include Invesco, CSRA, and Hertz Investment Group.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Ashley served as Assistant General Manager with JLL for 1515 Arapahoe, located in Denver's Central Business District. 1515 Arapahoe is a 3-Tower office complex located off of the 16th Street Mall comprised of 558,346 square feet. Ashley's responsibilities included management of daily operations, preparation of financial reporting, the annual budget, oversight of construction projects, tenant relations and service contract administration.
Before she relocated to Colorado, Ashley was the Facility Manager for an IT Solution company and critical data center in Bossier City, LA. She was responsible for procuring all initial service contracts for building operations in addition to tracking and managing warranty items post-construction. Ashley played an integral role in facilitating the initial start-up of facility operations for the client. She also served as Property Manager for American Tower and Chase Tower in downtown Shreveport, LA, managing cumulative square footage of approximately 500,0000 square feet. Ashley's experience also includes management of six retail developments across Northwest Louisiana with total square footage over 1.2 million square feet.


Ashley served as a BOMA Board Member for the Shreveport Chapter from 2015-2017 and was a Toby Judge in 2016 & 2017.


Ashley received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
