In her role as Senior Project Manager of Project Management and Construction Services, Annette focuses on building Transwestern’s Project Management solutions nationally.  Annette is responsible for leading a team of project managers to complete spec and tenant build-outs for healthcare-specific projects throughout Houston, Texas and the surrounding areas.


Annette is an experienced and versatile leader of Architectural Interiors teams spanning a career of over 20 years. She holds two professional licenses: a Texas state licensed interior designer and a nationally licensed, founding member of the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers. Her experience is unique in that she has focused on space planning, documentation, construction administration, and project management.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Annette served as Director of Interiors for Powers Brown Architecture where she was responsible for managing the Interiors team, business development, process and project management. In addition to her role at Powers Brown, Annette served as Manager of Space Planning and Design at Boxer Property, LLC in Houston, Texas where she executed interior tenant buildouts for a 15 million square foot portfolio that included traditional offices, call centers, health/wellness centers, food and beverage establishments, etc.  She has also held positions as Senior Project Manager, Senior Designer, and Project Lead at various architectural firms in the Houston, Texas area.


Annette has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, cum laude, from Savannah College of Art and Design.  Minor in Architectural History
