Andrea Munoz-Rodriguez

Andrea is a Senior Property Manager at Transwestern, overseeing an office portfolio in Wynwood, Florida. Prior to this role, she held positions at Transwestern for Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, including Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Her responsibilities have included operational management administration, tenant and vendor management, budgeting, and overseeing property technology services. Andrea has also hired, trained, and supervised property management teams to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

Before joining Transwestern, Andrea gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry with JLL for LaSalle Investment Management. She started as a Tenant Services Coordinator and later became a Property Administrator. At JLL, she developed and maintained strong working relationships with property owners and tenants, managed building emergency action plans, and oversaw various financial aspects of property management.

 

In addition to her commercial real estate experience, Andrea has held administrative positions at Hastings & Hastings in Brickell, Florida and has a background in the hospitality industry. Her experience includes roles at Miami Dadeland Marriott, Viceroy Miami and Conrad Miami Hilton Hotel.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Florida International University. She also studied at Tianjin University of Commerce and is fluent in English and Spanish.
