Amanda provides leasing and marketing services to local and institutional clients throughout the Greater Houston market.


Amanda started her career in 2003 in Dallas with Holt Lunsford Commercial where she worked as a property manager for institutional and entrepreneurial owners including Franklin Street Properties, Holt Lunsford, and TA Associates Realty. In 2006, Amanda began working with CB Richard Ellis as the property manager of Providence Towers. While at Providence Towers she participated in The Building of the Year (TOBY) awards competition and LEED certification. Since relocating to Houston in 2008, she managed properties for international owners Kan Am Grund and Stena Realty.
Amanda joined Transwestern in 2010 where prior to her transition to the Office (and Medical) Services Group, she served as one of two Property Managers at Four Oaks Place, a 1.8 million square foot Class A office complex located in the Galleria area owned by TIAA-CREF.
Since joining the agency leasing side her clients have included Midway Companies, Lionstone Investments, Investcorp, Griffin Partners, TechTrans International, Inc, Behringer Harvard, TIER REIT, Gramercy Property Trust and Metro Properties, LLC (and HCPI, Inc.)
Her tenure in the Dallas and Houston markets coupled with her experience in management and leasing allows Amanda to create value by providing a unique perspective to her clients.


Amanda is a licensed Texas real estate broker and affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors.  She is also a co-chair of the Transwestern Philanthropy Committee.


Amanda attended Texas Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
