TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Alyssa is the Senior Property Manager for 1900 and 2000 West Loop South, premier Class A office towers totaling 750K SF in the Galleria submarket owned by Capital Commercial Investments. She also provides oversight of operations of an additional 1.75 million square foot portfolio of Capital Commercial Investments assets throughout Houston including properties in the Energy Corridor and Westway Park areas.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Alyssa began her real estate career with Transwestern in 2017. She worked as a property administrator and assistant property manager at Park Laureate, a premier Class AA building in the Tanglewood submarket that boasted President George H. W. Bush as a tenant. Alyssa assisted with completing the $8M insurance claim and renovation of the property following Hurricane Harvey. Alyssa was also an assistant property manager at 1800 West Loop South, a KBS property at that time. She then served as the property manager of 3411 Richmond and 5005 Mitchelldale, working with The Dinerstein Companies and Reforma as clients, prior to working with Capital Commercial Investments. Alyssa has overseen the full life cycle from acquisition to sale of 2 assets, a medical office building in the Bellaire submarket as well as a mixed-use property in the Westway Park submarket, during her time working with Capital Commercial Investments.

Alyssa has a proven track record of executing large scale, complex property transition and repositioning projects with minimal historical data. As the liaison between property teams and ownership groups, she excels at interfacing with portfolio teams and navigating atypical requests. She has experience in property and construction management including tenant relations, lease administration functions, and property financial administration activities. She takes pride in partnering with clients and leasing teams to best position office assets to maximize landlord returns.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Member of the Houston chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners & Managers (BOMA). She was awarded “Mentor of the Year” through IREM Houston in 2024 and was a member of the IREM Future Leaders Program class of 2020.

Alyssa was awarded the “Legendary Service Award” in 2022 and the “Property Management Assistant of the Year” Award in 2017, both through Transwestern.

EDUCATION

Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marking from Texas A&M University as well as a Master of Science in Management degree from Southern Methodist University.

She also holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as well as her real estate license in Texas.
