TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Alice Jackson is a senior portfolio manager for properties in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., working with both institutional and private investor clients. She oversees a group of property management professionals managing over 13 million square feet of office, flex and industrial properties in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Alice joined Transwestern in 1985 and has worked with industrial leasing, property management accounting and property management.  During her career, she has directly managed more than 3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial flex properties in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., and overseen base building construction projects, tenant build-outs and GSA projects.
 
She has also been involved with the successful disposition of more than $100 million of commercial real estate assets and has worked with a variety of clients, including RREEF/Deutsche Asset Management, TIAA/TH Realty, Transwestern Investment Company, Colony Advisors, AEW, United Bank and private investors.

EDUCATION

Alice holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), a LEED® Green Associate designation, and is CPR/AED certified. She also holds a real estate sales license in Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
