Alan serves as the Director of Construction Management. He oversees Transwestern’s construction management team and all assignments throughout the New York metropolitan area. He is responsible for schedule and budget development, management, as well as providing on-site supervision of projects.


Alan joined Transwestern in 2014, bringing more than 25 years of real estate and project management experience. Since joining the team, he has managed and completed a myriad of client projects. These projects have included: Class A office build-outs; complete redevelopment of Care Station's outdated medical office buildings (transitioning them to larger contemporary primary and urgent care centers); and a $5 million full renovation to the façade, roof replacement, LED lighting, and significant parking lot and landscaping enhancements of a 170,000 SF retail shopping center. The differences in scopes of work highlighted in the aforementioned projects clearly demonstrate his vast knowledge of construction. Alan’s diligent approach to client service has facilitated strong working relationships with owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and contractors resulting in successful projects and high client satisfaction.
Previously, Alan he served as Senior Project Manager at Avison Young, where he focused his career on managing tenant interior renovations and new construction projects. He has extensive experience in implementing projects for both tenant and capital improvements.


Alan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History Preservation from Roger Williams University School of Architecture.
