Alan has over 21 years of real estate experience in the metropolitan Washington DC area, all with Transwestern. He focuses on office/flex leasing and sales.

As an example of Alan’s versatility, he has completed approximately 200,000 square feet of transactions over the past two years for his clients. He has assisted Children’s National Medical Center with many of their real estate requirements and evaluations. He has provided services to the many administrative departments, IT departments, Children’s National Medical Center Foundation, Human Resources, the School Nurses Program, Regional Outpatient Centers, Imaging Centers and the relocation/renewals/expansions of various physician offices.

Alan is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and has consistently been recognized as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, as well as one of the top producing agents at Transwestern.

EDUCATION

Alan received a degree in accounting from The American University. In addition to his sales and marketing skills, his accounting and tax background has been an asset to his clients by creating and providing effective financial analyses to assist in their decision-making process.
