Kristie With more than 20 years of engineering and mechanic experience, Adrian Henry brings a broad range of expertise to Transwestern.  He currently serves as chief engineer out of Transwestern's Atlanta office.
Adrian works directly with property and engineering management in implementing and maintaining the energy management, preventive maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives, and goals of the owner and Transwestern. He oversees building maintenance, coordinates tenant build-out, supervises maintenance-engineering staff, and is referred to as an expert on numerous engineering issues.


Before joining Transwestern, Adrian held chief engineer positions with several prominent commercial real estate companies, including Carter and Associates, Trammel Crow Company and Lincoln Property Company.  Prior to that 10-year period, Adrian served in other maintenance and engineer capacities for companies throughout Atlanta and, before that, New York.


Over the past two decades, Adrian has completed numerous property management and real estate courses.  He also holds certifications in various engineer training, electricity, HVAC, asbestos awareness and EPA.
