As Managing Director of Consulting Services, Adam supports owners, occupiers, and investors across the Transwestern platform nationwide. He uses tangible data to help them make better informed, confident, and reliable real estate decisions, influencing how space is provided, occupied, and managed.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Adam is an industry thought-leader with more than a dozen years addressing the complex issues involving people, organizational performance, and the built environment. His expertise includes facility planning and programming; campus planning; occupancy and workplace strategy; organizational performance measurement; design advisory; and change management program development and delivery. He has a documented history of delivering effective real estate and design solutions informing strategy at Santander Bank, Sephora, Mitsubishi Corporation of America, Morgan Stanley, Nike, WPP, Sheltering Arms, Cumulus/Westwood One, Brookfield, iMentor, and others.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Adam is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), CoreNet Global, and is PROSCI certified in change management and a USGBC LEED Green Associate.

EDUCATION

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington University and a masters in urban planning from Hunter College..
