Witt Westbrook

Witt joined Transwestern in 2022. As part of the Central Texas Industrial team, he brings a diverse background and unique skill set developed while representing industrial real estate and land throughout Central Texas. Witt has been involved on multiple sides of real estate transactions, including in-house leasing for a local development company and as a third-party broker focused on leasing and investment sales. Witt specializes in agency leasing, tenant representation, land acquisitions and dispositions, new business development and capital markets. Prior to joining the Transwestern Central Texas Industrial team, Witt spent several years shepherding the successful expansion of a boutique brokerage shop into the Central Texas markets. Witt has a service driven mentality and works hard for his clients to ensure that their specific real estate needs are executed efficiently to maximize value.

Several years ago, Witt pivoted career paths moving from development to brokerage. Within his first three years of commercial real estate brokerage, Witt completed over $350 million in transactional volume. Witt’s most significant career highlights include over 1 million SF of off-market investment sales; representing client’s in over 2,000 plus acres of off-market land acquisitions throughout Central Texas, and a combined 1 million SF of tenant and landlord represented leasing transactions.

Witt earned his bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Business Management with a certificate in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University. Witt is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
